ok so nobody writes here..so

1. One of the few good things about living in Colorado is you never see a roach...anywhere anytime.
2. Florida has gotten hotter than hell, over the past few years, in the summer time and colder in the winter time. And this pisses me off some.
3. It takes a lot to get an old person to change his/her ways about anything.
4. I don't like to swim in any pools, ponds or oceans.
5. The wind blowing really hard pisses me off when I am trying to walk outside.... anywhere.
6. I have a bike but haven't ridden it in months because I am too lazy (and the wind blows a lot around here).
7. It is not easy to find good chicken wings at a decent price anymore....like below $2.09 a lb.
8. You can DVR so much stuff that you can't watch it all and you might as well not even DVR half the stuff if you ain't gonna watch it.
9. I can sleep most nights all the way through now but can't remember any dreams anymore which is a decent trade off I guess.
10. Sometimes you just wonder what exactly the deal is on this whole living on earth thing.

Sooo....Get this~
1. I don't believe I have seen a roach here in Reno, ever...but several scorpions & a dead tarantula once.
2.Yes, I agree with the weather a'changin in FL--it definitely has NOT been fun down there my last 2 visits--the weather not the people.
3. This is the reason you are called "old farts" just roll with it, you may just find, you get what you need...
4.As Dory said, "Just keep swimming"...I am going to give it a try and take scuba lessons. I too do not like the water scene, but I want to give it one more chance, I don't want to ever be considered an "old fart"....
5/6.The wind blows--think of the beautiful skies it brings along with it,opening of the windows and getting a fresh smell in the house...again, go with it and don't frakin' walk or ride your bike THAT day!
7. Can't do that "bone thang" so no help with wings--but the less you eat the less wing prosthesis we have to get for all those chickens.
8. Seriously, no TV is not the end of the world. In 14 yrs we have had cable for 1 of those years, and we are living to tell about it. Even on my 4 day trips, I rarely turn the hotel TV on...catch what few shows you MUST see on internet/hulu. Think of the $$ you will save and then you will not harp about spending a few more cents on those wings.
9. My nights are getting shorter--did you experience this in your 40's? I can barely sleep more than 4-5 hrs any night and I dream maybe once a month...
10. Living on earth--yeah, that is THE question...when you have seen all that you think you have ever wanted to see, what is the point? No smart aleck answers for that one, we too have been struggling for a point/reason. For right now, I am going to have to go with, why the hurry? You may not be enjoying the ride but others enjoy riding you (ha!) so, why take joy away from others? let them get the most out of their ride---you just may find, you get what you need....
